<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloud service providing system releasing a user from complicated procedures and operations, using radio resources, reducing processing additions of user radio and making a plurality of users easily share cloud services, by arranging a cloud service in an SDP or a cloud selection support server outside the SDP and cooperating with a cloud service group. <P>SOLUTION: A cloud support server AS is connected to an S-CSCF or SDP of an IMS core network NWc to operate as an application server of an SIP, manages information (the number of connection users of each cloud, load, correspondence protocol, price information, installation place, or the like) of a cloud service group, and selects a proper cloud in response to a cloud request from a user terminal UE.
