PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight rubber cutting device having a mechanism for guiding a cutter body and capable of cutting flat a cutting surface of airtight rubber by moving a cutter blade straight in the cutting direction. SOLUTION: A pair of bodies 7a, 7b are provided. The body 7a is fixed on a stand 6, and the body 7b is movable on the stand 6 in the inserting direction of airtight rubber 2. A cutter sliding space 10 parallel to and communicated with a blade guide groove 9 is respectively provided on both the bodies 7a, 7b. A cutter supporter 13 supporting an ultrasonic cutter 12 is slidably guided by the cutter sliding space 10 to guide a cutter blade 12a and to cut the airtight rubber 2 straight. Further, the cutter blade 12a is positioned so that its direction is parallel to the direction in which the cutter supporter 13 is slidably guided by using a blade positioning tool 22 having a blade positioning groove 22e having a substantially same shape as that of the blade guide groove 9, and a positioning space 23 having a substantially same shape as that of the cutter sliding space 10 and capable of slidably guiding the cutter supporter 13.
