PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable quartz oscillator sensor having high selectivity and specificity to a specimen and having high detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: The quartz oscillator sensor includes: a quartz crystal plate vibrating at a natural frequency by application of voltage; electrodes provided on both surfaces of the quartz crystal plate to apply voltage to the quartz crystal plate; a surface-roughened part provided at one portion of a surface of at least one of the electrodes; and an organic selection film formed on the surface-roughened part, where a mold for capturing the specimen or a part of structure is recessedly provided. Thus, the quartz oscillator sensor is preferably used for a sensor for quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
