PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like clipping tool very easily used for fixing the corner part of a planar material with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The clipping tool for the corner part of a planar material is constructed in such a manner that in a projecting or rectangular sheet which has flexibility and can be freely folded, two or more slits 2 are formed side by side, by folding the sheet along a folding line 3 obtained by extending the direction of one of the slits 2, the inner surfaces of both areas divided by the folding line 3 are set adjacently to each other, and on both sides along the folding line 3, a folded side and an unfolded side are coupled together.
