The phase changer (1) has electrically-conductive, longitudinal line sections (2A-2C), and a ground surface connected with the line sections. End-sides of the line sections are connected by connection devices (4A, 4B), where capacitive and inductive effects of the connection devices are electrically adjusted. The line sections are connected in series by the connection devices, and the connection devices comprise discrete or integrated components e.g. varactors and diodes. An inductor and a high-resistance resistor are arranged at an end of the phase changer.
