<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain trap, easily inserting a cleaning member through a drain outlet to the downstream of sealing water, smoothly performing drainage, restraining clogging with garbage and further simplifying construction. <P>SOLUTION: This drain trap includes: a trap body part 1 having a drain outlet 11 and an exhaust port 12; and a sealing water part 2 disposed in the trap body part 1, in which a drain passage provided with an inlet part 21 and an outlet part 22 for drain is formed substantially U-shaped in section, wherein the downstream from the sealing water part 2 can be cleaned from the drain outlet 11 of the trap body part 1 by the cleaning tool.
