PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for measurement, capable of surely connecting the connection terminal of a measuring apparatus and the terminal of a meter, and having general versatility. SOLUTION: The adapter for measurement includes a base 10 facing a plurality of terminals 101, arranged in the existing meter 100, and a measuring terminal connection 20 connected to each of the terminals 101. In the base 10, an opening 11d is disposed which exposes the terminals 101. In the opening 11d, rails 14, 14 are built which are directed to the same arranged direction as the terminals 101. The measuring terminal connection 20 is movably attached along the rails 14, 14 and is provided with a plurality of movable bodies 21 having a passing through latch hole 21b and a measuring lead attachment edge 22 which is movably inserted to the latch hole 21b of the movable bodies 21 and the tip of which is attached and detached from the terminals 101.
