The present invention relates to a speaker for a bone conduction headset, comprising: an upper housing having a fixing portion protruding upwardly from the upper surface thereof; a voice coil structure which is fixed on the upper surface of the lower housing, and which vibrates in accordance with an electrical signal applied from an external source; an upper housing, the bottom surface of which has a mounting groove, which is coupled to the upper housing, and which has a support protrusion protruding from one side thereof that corresponds to the fixing portion; a vibrating diaphragm attached to the lower side of the upper housing, corresponding to the mounting groove of the upper housing; and a leaf spring, one side of which is coupled to the upper surface of the voice coil structure and the other side of which is supported at the support protrusion so as to space the voice coil structure and the vibrating diaphragm apart from each other. According to the present invention, the vibrating diaphragm is inserted into the mounting groove of the upper housing and the leaf spring coupled to the voice coil structure is supported at the support protrusion of the upper housing, so as to form a sound-vibrating space between the vibrating diaphragm and the voice coil structure. The upper housing and the lower housing are coupled together when the sound-vibrating space is formed, to thereby eliminate the necessity of a joint rod which might otherwise be welded to the vibrating diaphragm. Thus, defects caused by a joint rod welding process can be significantly reduced, and the vibration of the vibrating diaphragm is preemptively prevented from being damped by components contacting the vibrating diaphragm, to thereby remarkably improve sound volume and sound quality. |
