<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor with high withstand voltage performance and high performance, and also to provide the solid electrolytic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the solid electrolytic capacitor including a capacitor element having an anode object where a dielectric film is formed on a surface and a conductive high polymer layer formed on the anode object, includes processes of: forming the dielectric film on the surface of the anode object; forming a first conductive high polymer layer on the dielectric film; impregnating, with ion liquid, the anode object where the first conductive high polymer layer is formed; and forming a second conductive high polymer layer on the first conductive high polymer layer after the ion liquid is immersed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
