The mechanism has week, day, date and month correction levers (38-41) incrementing counting units (28) in response to a predefined action of a user. A control lever (30) has a base (31) and an arm (32) pivotingly mounted along rotational axles (X1, X2), respectively. The arm is arranged such that it occupies two angular positions with respect to the base in response to a rotation of a crown-stem (9) and is located against the correction levers respectively in the two positions. A push button (11) pivots the base in response to the action such that the arm actuates one of the correction levers.
