ALLERGY PROPHYLACTIC AGENT AND FOOD CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergy prophylactic agent for inducing immune tolerance more efficiently.

SOLUTION: This allergy prophylactic agent includes a complex material obtained by chemically bonding an antigen with an antibody. More concretely, the allergy prophylactic agent is provided with that in which the antigen binds with the antibody so that the molar ratio of the antigen to the antibody becomes 1 to 5, wherein the antigen is a protein contained in cedar pollen or egg albumen which is the protein contained in egg white. Also, the allergy prophylactic agent is provided with that in which the antibody is IgA.
