<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combustion stability of a combustor when including: a cooler for collecting the exhaust heat of a DC/AC converter; a condenser for condensing the moisture of anode off-gas of a fuel cell; and a combustor for burning the anode off-gas exhausted from the condenser, in an exhaust heat collecting system. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell 1 which uses a fuel gas and an oxidizer to generate power; a DC/AC converter 9 for converting the direct current power from the fuel cell 1 to the alternating current power; a storage water route 15, in which the storage water flows to collect the exhaust heat of the fuel cell 1 and the exhaust heat of the DC/AC converter 9; the cooler 10 which uses the storage water to cool the DC/AC converter 9; a first condenser 3 which condenses the moisture contained in the anode off-gas exhausted from the anode of the fuel cell 1 by heat exchange with the storage water; and the combustor 6 for burning the anode off-gas exhausted from the first condenser 3.
