PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent removal of brackets 8 to 11 which cover a clearance La, at a bottom of an automatic cash transaction device 1 and prevent theft of the entire device. SOLUTION: The rear bracket 8 is fixed to an installation floor 2 with rear anchor bolts 3b, together with a device base frame 12; the right and left side brackets 9, 10 are provided with U-shaped grooves 9a to 10b at both ends; the U-shaped grooves 9a, 10a on the front side 1f of the device are hooked from the front side and fixed, to adjusters 13 on the front side of the device and the U-shaped grooves 9b, 10b on the rear side 1g of the device are hooked from the front side and are fixed to rear casters 4b on the rear side 1g of the device; and the front bracket 11 is attached so as to cover the front side of the right and left side brackets 9, 10 and are fixed to the installation floor 2 with front anchor bolts 3a, together with the device base frame 12.
