PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable deterioration diagnosis of a logical disk by enabling determination of an influence rate of failure imposed by a deterioration status of an individual physical disk on the logical disk composed of an RAID. SOLUTION: A disk deterioration diagnostic apparatus includes a logical configuration management means for managing a logical configuration of the logical disk composed of the physical disks, and a logical disk status diagnosis means for diagnosing the deterioration status of the logical disk based on status information of the physical disk and the logical configuration managed by the logical configuration management means.
