PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring compound muscle strength measuring capable of accurately measuring "compound muscle strength" in movements performed by making the muscles of a plurality of parts important when leading everyday life act. SOLUTION: While a pulley 2 is disposed to the rotary shaft 11 of an electromagnetic torque motor 1, a first shaft 3 connected to the pulley 2 and rotated in linkage by a transmission mechanism is provided. Also, a freely rotatable second shaft 4 is supported on a base B, while a four-node link mechanism is configured, and the moving track of a lever member 53 disposed at the distal end part 52B of a driving arm 5B is turned to a straight track. Also, by driving the lever member 53 in linkage with the muscle movement at the plurality of parts, the electromagnetic torque motor 1 is rotated in linkage through the first shaft 3 and the pulley 2 connected to it, a current by the electromagnetic induction of the electromagnetic torque motor 1 is generated; the induced current amount is measured by a measuring means 6, and a movement load amount is computed.
