PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater and a heater system capable of getting a high temperature with saved power and a uniform temperature distribution and a stable contact wire (a wire during power conduction). SOLUTION: The heater (100) is provided with a plurality of carbon fibers (CF) and a bundling body (11) for bundling the plurality of the carbon fibers (CF) parallel to one another, and a coating cover (12) for coating the plurality of the carbon fibers (CF) bundled by the bundling body (11). The plurality of the carbon fibers are of a pitch (PITCH) type. The bundling body (11) bundles the plurality of carbon fibers revolving the circumference of the plurality of the carbon fibers (CF) spirally. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
