<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a compound stretchable sheet elongating a service life of a pressurizing part set on a cut roll for cutting an elastic member, and improving cutting success rate of cutting the elastic member. <P>SOLUTION: The method of continuously manufacturing a compound stretchable sheet 2 includes a compound stretchable sheet forming process of forming a belt-like compound stretchable sheet on a belt-like base material sheet 23, by non-continuously fixing the elastic member 21 stretched in the direction Y with a lot of fixing parts 24. The method of manufacturing the compound stretchable sheet includes a cutting process of cutting the elastic member 21 between the fixing parts 24 adjacent in the direction Y by continuously feeding the compound stretchable sheet 2 between the pair of the cut roll 41 and an anvil roll 42.
