PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dome-like roof structure which relieves the concentration of a large number of joint points in a single curved surface and shortens a construction time since a joining operation can be easily performed. SOLUTION: This dome-like roof structure includes a first main member 1 disposed on a first virtual curved surface and a second main member 2 disposed on a second virtual curved surface. The first main member and the second main member are joined together with a stiffening member at proper positions. Since the first main member and the second main member are disposed on the different virtual curved surfaces, respectively, the stiffening member and the joint points are not concentrated on a single curved surface, and the stiffening members can be disposed three-dimensionally. Also, since the stiffening member is joined to the first or second virtual curved surface at an angle, the main members can be joined utilizing gusset plates without using flange joints using high-tension bolts.
