METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR CONTROLLING QUALITY OF SERVICE OF USER TERMINAL DEVICE

A method and equipment for controlling the Quality of Service (QOS) corresponding to a user terminal device in a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) are provided by the present invention. The method includes the following steps: obtaining charging associative information of the user terminal device (201); and determining the QOS corresponding to the user terminal device according to the charging associative information (220). By introducing the charging associative information, the PCRF can control the QOS according to the existing system resource and the contribution and demand of the user terminal device. Thereby, the demands of different user terminals can be reasonably balanced, and the limited resource of system can be used effectively.
