A lithium polymer battery is provided to minimize the elution of Cu element of a current collector to electrolyte by using an electrolyte composition containing a peroxide-based polymerization initiator and an electroconductive substrate except copper or an electroconductive substrate containing Cu element of 0-30% as a current collector. A lithium polymer battery comprises a positive electrode formed with a positive active material layer on the first current collector; a negative electrode formed with a negative active material layer on the second current collector; a peroxide-based polymerization initiator; a polymeric monomer; and an electrolyte salt. The first current collector, the second current collector or both of them are an electroconductive substrate excluding copper or an electroconductive substrate having surface share of a Cu element of 0-30%. |
