Method for diagnostics of possibility of development of severity of bronch-lung dysplasia (BLD) in pre-mature newborns in early neonatal period at which one performs evaluation of clinical-laboratory and instrumental characteristics at 1-st and 6-th day of life of a newborn, with determination of content of TGF- &bgr;1 in blood serum, for all the characteristics obtained by means of Vald-Genkin non-uniform and sequential procedure one determines prognostic coefficients (PC) and prognostic self-descriptiveness of gradation of characteristics, one performs algebraic adding of PC till instant of coming to prognostic threshold that for level of reliability 95 % isand. If near the sum of Pc there is the sign plus – one diagnoses possibility of development of BLD, and if the sign minus – one rejects possibility of development of BLD. At negative result diagnostics is ended. At positive result one passes to the following stage – diagnostics of probability of development of light and medium-severe or severe BLD. At diagnosis of light BLD the process of diagnostics is ended. At formation of medium-severe of severe BLD one passes to the end stage – diagnostics of possibility of development medium-severe of severe BLD. |
