摘要

The invention belongs to devices which allow to raise a noise stability of systems with turbocodes at small relations signal - noise in the channel.The essence of the invention consists in the accumulation of channel samples and information about the decoded bits of turbo code decoders, and the calculation based on these noise variance of channel MIMO.Result of application of the device is increase of a noise stability of systems with turbocodes in comparison with similar devices.
