FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: locking device consists of picked up mechanism with pick up stop and collar on pick up stop from side of pick up. The pick up mechanism is installed on the first part. Also, the pick up mechanism has an element of moment transfer to the pick up stop. Additionally, there is the pick up mechanism installed in the orifice of the second connected part. This mechanism is equipped with two concentric spring loaded bushes - internal and external ones. The pick up stop rests against the internal bush. Further, the pick up mechanism is equipped balls arranged between collars of the stop, internal end surface of the case, a boring, conic surface of the external bush and end surface of the internal bush. The pick up mechanism includes a rod installed coaxially inside the pick up stop and interacting with it along threaded connection, arresters of mutual travel of the pick up stop and the rod, one of which is a washer secured on the case of the pick up mechanism interacting with the pick up stop along threaded connection. The second arrester is the collar made on the central section of the pick up stop, the third one is a nut on the central section of the pick up stop. The element for torque transfer is installed on the rod. ^ EFFECT: facilitation of manual connection and disconnection with generation of considerable forces during substantial run under condition of off-vessel operation. ^ 4 dwg |
