FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalyst used in hydrogen cracking of paraffin hydrocarbons and to method of producing fuel main component. Hydrogen cracking catalyst comprises carrier containing ultra stable Y-type zeolite produced by ultra stabilization of NaY-type zeolite and metal of group VIII of periodic table applied on said carrier. Note here that NaY-type zeolite features peak on X-ray diagram in the range of 2=28.0-28.5 and 2=15.0-16.0, and I1/I2 ratio not exceeding 0.05, taking that I1 is intensity peak observed in the range of 2=28.0-28.5, while I2 is intensity peak observed in the range of 2=15.0-16.0. Invention covers also method of producing fuel base stock including hydrocracking of paraffin hydrocarbon in the presence of above described catalyst and fraction rectification of cracking product. ^ EFFECT: high cracking activity and yield of medium distillate. ^ 8 cl, 9 ex, 1 tbl,1 dwg |
