FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary railway car equipment. Proposed system comprises accumulating tank 1, discharge tube 6, valve 2 to intake air from atmosphere, valve 3 to discharge air into vacuum unit pipeline 4 and accumulated drains level pickups 5. External end of discharge tube 6 accommodates protective case 7 secured thereto to house tank filling indicators connected with drains level pickups 5. Valves 2 and 3 are connected via automatic control unit 16 with limit switch. To drain accumulating tank 1 with open door of protective casing 7 limit switch operates to generate pulses in unit 16 to close valves 3 and open valve 2. Then, cover of discharge pipe 6 is opened to connect special intake device to tube 6.
