A push-button type water-saving showerhead comprises a body (100) and a water saving mechanism (200). Within the body (100) is provided a water inlet passage (110) communicated with a water source and a water outlet cavity (120). The water saving mechanism (200) is arranged in the body (100) in an up-and-down sliding manner, and comprises a pressing mechanism (210) similar to that of an automatic ball-point pen and a floating cover (220) connected with the pressing mechanism (210). The water outlet cavity (120) is communicated with the water inlet passage (110), and is provided with at least one water inlet hole (121) with an outflow section area changing with the up-and-down movement of the floating cover (220). The showerhead is easy to use and can realize water saving function by a pushbutton (211), and can realize outflow function switching by its dividing unit (300).
