The present invention relates to a remote-controlled extraurethral occlusive device, comprising an occluder of shape memory material, a control system of the shape memory occluder to control compression and expansion of a part of material having shape memory therein, a battery to supply the control system and a system of external activation which sends instructions to the control system in a wireless manner. The shape memory material is compressed and expanded as a function of the instructions received from the external activation system, varying in this manner the internal volume of the occluder and, as a consequence, the pressure exerted on the urethra.
