The device has a U-shaped plastic or rubber section (1) comprising a wide side that is provided with a double-sided adhesive (2). Polyurethane foam (3) is introduced into the plastic or rubber section via an opening of the section for collecting a repulsive solution. The plastic or rubber section is closed at each of ends by a plastic stopper (4). The width and the height of the plastic or rubber section are 1 cm and 2cm, respectively.
