A measurement method, measurement server and measurement user terminal of an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) terminal are provided by the embodiments of the present invention, which relate to communications technology field and are invented to improve the expandability for measuring the IPTV terminal. The method includes: obtaining disposition information of at least two measurement user terminals and a task to be measured; determining a target measurement user terminal matching with the task to be measured, according to the task to be measured and the disposition information; sending down the task to be measured to the target measurement user terminal to make the target measurement user terminal can use the task to be measured to perform measurement for the IPTV terminal corresponding to the target measurement user terminal. The embodiments of the present invention are mostly used for all kinds of IPTV terminal measurement.
