A count unit (13) adds or subtracts, on the basis of the operation of a motor driving unit (16), a heat count value, which indicates the temperature variation of a motor driving unit (16) and/or a motor (7) and which is stored in a storage unit (14). Once a switch determination unit (12) determines that a transition occurred from a normal operation mode, in which operating power is supplied, to a sleep mode which has a lower power consumption rate than the normal operation mode, the power source control unit (15) refers to the heat count value. If the heat count value is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, the power source control unit (15) stands by until the count unit (13) subtracts the heat count value until same is reduced to the threshold value, and then transitions to sleep mode. |
