The method involves positioning sides of panels e.g. upper panel (1) and lower panel (2), in U-shaped profiles (9) with branches. An edge is enclosed on the sides of the upper panel, where the upper panel ensures a sealing of a roof. The lower panel is dissociated from the upper panel for assuring acoustic performances. Heat insulation and aesthetic appearance parts (8, 10) are placed inside a space to be protected. An elastic connection (3) is interposed between the panels on a homogeneous part mounted on periphery, where the connection provides vibration free panels. The panels are provided with a median product that comprises phonic material selected among elastified polystyrene, elastomers, rubbers, glass wools or rock. An independent claim is also included for an acoustic roof comprising an upper panel.
