摘要 <p>The present invention provides a driving device for LED illumination. When a dimming function is performed in an LED illumination device, the invention selectively adjusts a voltage level of power provided to an LED module according to the intensity of illumination, thereby preventing a flickering phenomenon which is caused when a duty ratio of a PWM control signal is excessively lowered in the event of dimming in the prior art. More specifically, the invention prevents the occurrence of the flickering phenomenon and also adjusts the intensity of illumination of the LED illumination device quite freely by: reducing the duty ratio of the PWM control signal if a user lowers the intensity of set illumination, thereby lowering the intensity of LED illumination; reducing the voltage level of the power delivered to the LED module, if the user lowers the intensity of desired illumination to less than a predetermined level corresponding to a critical duty ratio in which the flickering phenomenon occurs when the duty ratio of the PWM control signal is lowered; and reducing the duty ratio again, after re-increasing the duty ratio as much as the voltage level corresponds to a reduced portion.</p>
