<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control apparatus for a motor, capable of preventing the internal temperature of an enclosed waterproof case from rising to a high temperature, and effectively cools a control unit. <P>SOLUTION: The drive control apparatus 20 for a motor 13 of the motorboat 1 includes a unit case 21, a control unit 30 which is attached to the unit case 21 and has a heat dissipating fin 31, and an opening 21c which is formed on the unit case 21 and exposes the heat dissipating fin 31 of the control unit 30 out of a side of the unit case 21.
