PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy to use telescope that eliminates the need for a highly-accurate, difficult-to-fabricate sub-mirror, is easy to adjust an optical axis, also eliminates the need for an auxiliary observing device, can be produced at a low cost, furthermore, identifies an object as an erect image, and is easy to use even when used as a general telescope or astronomical telescope. SOLUTION: A parabolic mirror is used as a main mirror 4. A flat mirror, serving as a sub-mirror 6, is disposed in front on the optical axis of the main mirror 4 and opposite the parabolic mirror. Further, a convex lens 8 is disposed between the main mirror 4 and sub-mirror 6. Light made incident on the convex lens 8 is emitted as parallel light. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
