PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no interference with another bicycle spatially at parking; and to improve visibility of baggage at traveling. SOLUTION: A basket body is constituted of an extending/folding member, and a front end in a longitudinal direction of the basket body is mounted to a handle-bar shaft by a front end mounting part. In the state that the basket body is enlarged, a rear end in a longitudinal direction is detachably mounted to a saddle shaft by a rear end mounting part, and when the rear end mounting part is released from the saddle shaft, the basket body is folded/contracted in a handle-bar axial direction and the entire part of the basket body is fixed to the handle-bar shaft by a fixing tool. The basket body may be made to a constitution for covering the extending/folding member on a U-shaped aggregate or may be also formed of a sheet material extendable/foldable in a bellows shape. Thereby, the basket body can be foldably attached to a space between the handle-bar shaft and the saddle shaft, and the baggage can be monitored at traveling without interfering with another bicycle at parking.
