PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid toner-adjusting apparatus that facilitates toner dispersion. SOLUTION: The liquid toner-adjusting apparatus 60 includes a dispersion tank 61, an impeller 65, a stirring tank 67 and an anchor-type impeller 69. Liquid toner T containing a toner and a carrier is guided to the dispersion tank 61. The impeller 65 is provided in the dispersion tank 61 to disperse the aggregated toner contained in the carrier. The liquid toner T in the dispersion tank 61, the toner and the carrier are guided to the stirring tank 67.
