<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive recording medium excelling in waterproof blocking characteristics especially to a polystyrene film base material. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosensitive recording medium includes a thermosensitive recording layer containing leuco dye, a coloring agent and an aqueous adhesive, on a support body, and a protective layer containing an aqueous adhesive, on the thermosensitive recording layer. The aqueous adhesive in the protective layer is at least one kind selected from acetoacetyl modified polyvinyl alcohol, diacetone modified polyvinyl alcohol and carboxy modified polyvinyl alcohol, and the protective layer contains at least one kind selected from glyoxylic acid sodium, di(glyoxylic acid calcium) and glyoxylic acid ammonium, and polyamideamine epichlorohydrin resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
