<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube-socket assembly which can maximize the binding force between a tube and a socket and which can minimize leakage from the connecting part between the tube and the socket, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This tube-socket assembly includes a through-hole portion which is fastened to the tube on which first and second beads are formed and in which a through-hole portion is formed at a predetermined length, and a guide portion formed separated at a predetermined distance from the tube. In the assembly, a first taper portion having an inclined surface is formed on one side of the first bead, and the first taper portion forms a bead lock by being brought into line-contact with an inner end portion of the through-hole portion positioned in the socket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
