<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite spinneret capable of forming various cross-sectional forms in high accuracy and highly maintaining form stability thereof in comparison with conventional composite spinnerets in a distribution type spinneret capable of diversifying fiber cross-sections. <P>SOLUTION: A composite spinneret for discharging composite polymer flows constituted of at least≥2 component polymers is constituted of a metering plate having two or more metering holes for measuring polymer components, a distribution plate 1 in which two or more distribution holes 1 are bored in a confluent groove 1 for joining polymer flows discharged from the two or more metering holes, a distribution plate 2 in which two or more distribution holes 2 are bored in a confluent groove 2 for joining polymer flows discharged from the distribution holes, and a discharge plate, thereby repeating confluence and distribution two or more times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
