PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crop-growing shelf that can easily be installed on farmland, and a crop-harvesting system employing the same. SOLUTION: The crop-harvesting system includes: a crop-growing shelf 1 keeping a plurality of racks disposed on a pair of right and left rails 3, 4 each independently installed via a support 8 on a plurality of blocks 7 respectively, which blocks 7 are disposed directly on farmland 2 with a gap apart therebetween; a conveyor for harvesting a crop 5 disposed on a plurality of shelf plates 17; and a transfer device for transferring the plurality of shelf plates 17 between the crop-growing shelf 1 and the conveyor.
