PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for a fan unit holding member to increase workability in mounting the fan unit on an electronic apparatus, while maintaining performance in holding and damping the fan unit. SOLUTION: The fan unit holding member is attached to a fan unit having installation holes. The holding member is formed such that four plates form corners to cover the corners of the fan unit. In each plate of the holding member, a boss to be inserted into an installation hole of the fan unit is formed in a first plate that faces the front face of the fan unit and in a second plate that faces the rear face of the fan unit.
