摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of generating an analytic model which is based on network parameters such as S, Y and Z parameters obtained by three-dimensional full-wave analysis that accurately expresses a general structure even in a high frequency band, and satisfies a condition that a signal return path of a GND plane or the like is clearly separated so as not to cause a contradiction due to return path unmatching even when a model is divided/combined. SOLUTION: An entire circuit is divided into a signal-, power supply-, and GND-circuit portions. A harmonic mean of mutual impedances between a signal and a power supply is determined, and a frequency response function is used as a GND model of a return path.
