PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search all the modification histories of a line designated in a source code, and output a related requirement/bug report, to trace past revisions and related requirement and bug report for a line revised a plurality of times. SOLUTION: The requirement/bug report processing system includes: an input device designating a specific line of a source code; a first processing means executing a program in a processor to detect all the revisions to lines from the past revisions of the source code designated from the input device, based on an editing distance before and after the change of the line; a second processing means detecting the requirement/bug report related to the revisions; and an output device outputting and displaying the requirement/bug report processed by the second processing means.
