PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergen-reduced building material capable of supplying sufficient water to the vicinity of an allergen reducing agent, and capable of reducing efficiently an allergen. SOLUTION: This allergen-reduced building material (10) is formed with a transparent coating layer (20), on a surface of a humidity-conditioning building material (11) having a moisture absorbing and releasing characteristic, and the allergen reducing agent (30) is contained in the coating layer (20).
