<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a light distribution pattern with a high brightness in the vicinity of a cut line. <P>SOLUTION: In the headlight 100 for a vehicle in which a light emitting surface 1-1a1 of an LED package 10 and an edge section 12a of a shade 12 on a focal point 11a of a projection lens 11 are projected to form a light distribution pattern having a cut line, bumps of nearly same diameters extending from an electrode of an LED element 1-1 to a supporting substrate 2 side and bumps of nearly same diameters extending from the supporting substrate 2 side to an LED element 1-1 side are jointed to electrically and thermally connect the electrode of the LED element 1-1 and the supporting substrate 2, and the bumps are so located that a heat transfer amount from the electrode arranged at a first distance from the edge section 12a to the supporting substrate 2 may become larger than the heat transfer amount from the electrode arranged at a second distance (> the first distance) from the edge section 12a to the supporting substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
