<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen transition device for inputting information, or the like with high work efficiency, and a screen transition system. <P>SOLUTION: The screen transition device 20 displaying a plurality of screen information separately on a display part 14 has: a screen display transition information storing part 38 for storing a plurality of screen display transition information showing the order of displaying a plurality of screens according to an operator; and a screen display reference information storing part 39 for storing screen display reference information corresponding to attribute information of the operator.
