PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing state switching system for a wall surface mounting body which is capable of strongly fixing the wall surface mounting body to a wall surface by utilizing magnetic attraction force or switching it to a movable state, capable of freely selecting a mounting position to the wall surface, and capable of easily moving the mounting position without damaging the wall surface at all. SOLUTION: In the fixing state switching system for the wall surface mounting body, for switching the mounting sate to the wall surface 1 of the wall surface mounting body 3 so as to be fixed or moved, a ferromagnetic body member 2 is installed on the wall surface 1, and a magnetic force fixing member 5 freely detachably attached to the surface of the ferromagnetic body member 2 changing the size of the magnetic attraction force is provided separately from or integrally with the wall surface mounting body 3.
