<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate having high transparency relative to a base material such as a film, excellent in adhesiveness and inconspicuous in pattern formation for a display or a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: This transparent conductive laminate is formed by providing a metal oxide layer, a silicon oxide layer and an indium/tin layer in one or both surfaces of a transparent plastic base material in order from the transparent plastic base material side. A refraction index of the metal oxide layer is 1.7-2.6 and an optical film thickness thereof is 5-25 nm, a refraction index of the silicon oxide layer is 1.3-1.5 and an optical film thickness thereof is 50-110 nm, and an optical film thickness of the indium/tin oxide layer is 30-65 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
