PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cell whose ends are fixed without using tape while using a lamination type separator where heat resistance is improved, and to provide a vehicle with the battery used thereon and a battery-equipped apparatus. SOLUTION: The battery cell is a battery cell where an electrode wound body 10 obtained by winding a positive electrode plate 11, a negative electrode plate 13, a first separator 14 and a second separator 12 are enclosed with an electrolyte in a container. In the first separator 14, a resin layer and a heat-resistant layer are layered, are wound so that the resin layer is made to be the outside. A winding end portion of the first separator 14 is more surplusly wound on the electrode wound body 10 than winding end portions of the positive electrode plate 11 and the negative electrode plate 13, and its front end is inwardly folded back to make a folded-back part 31 and the resin layer of the folded back part 31 adheres to an outer surface of a one-turn-before part of the first separator 14.
