PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat for reliably creating a sense of suspension at the boundary between a seat back and a headrest without requiring a large number of components even in the case of a high-back seat. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 1 includes: a seat back pad 20 forming the seat back 3; a headrest pad 30 forming the headrest 4; and a seat cover 40 for integrally covering surfaces of both of the pads 20, 30 assembled to the frame 10 of the seat back 3. The vehicle seat 1 is fastened in a state that an inner surface on the front side of the seat cover 40 and an inner surface on the back surface side are stretched under tension along the boundary at the boundary between both pads 20 and 30, and the seat cover 40 in the stretched and fastened state integrally covers the surface of both of the pads 20, 30.
